Product Description

Kraft paper making machine from waste carton is a specialized piece of equipment designed to convert waste cartons into new Kraft paper. This innovative technology plays a crucial role in the recycling industry by reducing waste and conserving resources. The process involves several key steps, starting with the collection and sorting of waste cartons. Once the cartons are sorted, they are fed into the machine, where they undergo shredding to break them down into small pieces.

After shredding, the waste carton pieces are subjected to pulping, during which they are mixed with water and chemicals to separate the fibers. The resulting pulp is then screened to remove impurities and contaminants. Following screening, the pulp is refined to further enhance the quality and consistency of the fibers. These refined fibers are subsequently formed into a sheet on a wire mesh, which is then pressed to remove excess water.

Once the sheet is formed and pressed, it undergoes drying to remove any remaining moisture. The dried sheet is then calendared to achieve the desired thickness, smoothness, and strength properties. Finally, the finished Kraft paper is wound onto rolls, ready for use in various applications such as packaging, bags, and envelopes.
