Product Description

The toilet paper production line from waste paper and bamboo etc includes two main parts:
1.Recycled Pulp/Chemical Paper Pulp System.
2.Jumbo roll forming (toilet paper making machine)

Waste paper recycling pulp machine for making toilet tissue paper rolls is an important piece of equipment in the paper recycling process.
 
How it works
 
- It first breaks down the waste paper into pulp through mechanical and sometimes chemical processes. The waste paper is shredded and mixed with water and chemicals like sodium hydroxide to break down the fibers and remove inks, glues, and other contaminants.
- Then, through a series of refining steps, the pulp is processed to have the right quality and fiber length suitable for making tissue paper. This may involve screens and centrifugal cleaners to further purify the pulp.
- The refined pulp is then sent to the paper - making part of the machine. It's formed into a continuous sheet through a process that involves the pulp being spread onto a wire mesh conveyor belt, water is drained, and the fibers bond together as the sheet moves through a series of rollers that press and dry it to an appropriate moisture content.
- Finally, the dried paper is wound onto large rolls and can be further processed to make individual toilet tissue paper rolls through cutting and packaging processes.
